How Payments Work on SMM Panel Global

How our payment gateway is used during your payment process.

What the Payment Gateway Is For

We use a licensed payment gateway (Rapid Gateway) for one purpose: adding funds to your SMM Panel Global account balance via the "Add Funds" page in your dashboard. All customer payments on our website go through this gateway — we do not collect card numbers or wallet PINs ourselves.

The Payment Process, Step by Step

  1. Log in to your SMM Panel Global dashboard and open "Add Funds".
  2. Enter the amount in PKR that you want to add to your balance.
  3. Choose your payment method: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or bank transfer.
  4. You are securely redirected to Rapid Gateway's hosted checkout page (you will see rapidgateway.pk in the address bar).
  5. Complete the payment there — e.g., approve the JazzCash/Easypaisa prompt on your phone, complete Raast in your banking app, or enter your card details on the gateway's PCI-DSS compliant page.
  6. After successful payment you are redirected back to SMM Panel Global, and the gateway sends us an automatic confirmation.
  7. Your panel balance is credited automatically, usually within a few minutes. You can see the transaction in your dashboard under "Payments".
  8. You can now spend the balance on any service — no further payment steps needed per order.

Security

  • All payments are processed on the gateway's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
  • Your card numbers, wallet PINs, and banking credentials never touch our servers.
  • Every transaction is confirmed by a cryptographically signed notification from the gateway before balance is credited — manual or unverified payments are never credited.

Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment succeeds but the balance is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your payment reference number and we will verify and credit it manually. If a payment fails, no amount is deducted from your bank/wallet — simply try again.

Refunds

Unused balance and undelivered orders are refunded per our Refund Policy.
