SMM Panel Global (smmpanelglobal.com) provides 100% digital services. There is no physical shipping — no parcels, couriers, or delivery addresses are involved.

2. How Delivery Works

  • When you place an order, you provide a public social media link or username (for example, an Instagram post link or TikTok video link).
  • The ordered service (followers, likes, views, subscribers, etc.) is delivered directly to that link/account by our system and service providers.
  • You never need to share your social media password with us.

3. Delivery Times

  • Each service page shows the estimated start time, speed, and completion time.
  • Delivery begins after your order status changes to "Processing".
  • Times may vary with order size, service load, and third-party platform conditions.

4. Tracking Your Delivery

Every order's live status — Pending, Processing, In Progress, Completed, Partial, or Cancelled — is visible in real time in your dashboard under "Orders".

5. Delivery Issues

If an order does not start or complete within the stated time, contact support with your Order ID. Undelivered quantities are refunded to your panel balance automatically, per our Refund Policy.
